Fellow Veterans and Riders,
The time has come and the forming of a Ponca City Legion riders organization is being worked on. The purpose is to ban together motorcycle enthusiasts who are looking for a family oriented group to promote motorcycle safety, patriotic values and support American Legion Aims and community service.
Most of you who are receiving this email have shown an interest in forming this new venture. Of course you must be eligible to be an Legionnaire, Sons of American Legion and or a member of the Women's Auxiliary to be a part of this organization.
We have too many Veteran riders not to form a ALR group, saying this we will be attending the next business meeting of the American Legion Post 14, Thursday the 27th at 7pm. We must be sponsored by a post to organize. This can only be a win-win situation for the local post. So I am asking all that can to show up at the meeting to show support veteran riders shoulder to shoulder to be counted.
