Ardmore Veterans Center - Ardmore, OK

The Ardmore Veterans Center in Ardmore has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the 100 yr Celebration Ceremony at the Veterans Center in Ardmore.

They are Celebrating 100 years of caring for our Veterans, There will be a Ceremony and after the ceremony there will be food for all. Also on display will be a variety of different military equipment.

We will stand a flag line during the ceremony as we have done in the past for Memorial Day & Veteran's Day. There will not be a bike drive through as the circle drive will be lined with military equipment, we will stand a flag line only, then after the ceremony we are invited to enjoy the festivities and lunch.

Time & Date: 11:00am Thru. June 24, 2010, at teh Ardmore Veteran Center, 1015S. Commerce St. Ardmore, OK.

Staging: 10:00am at the back of the Veterans Center, (same place we have staged in the past).

Briefing: 10:30am

Flag Line: 10:45

Weather: Partly cloudy with temps. in the mid to upper 90's

DIRECTIONS TO VETERANS CENTER , ARDMORE , OK .

From the northwest & southwest, from I 35 take exit 31A onto E/W Broadway St .. Go east 1.7 miles to Commerce St. At the light turn right 0.9 miles exit onto the side street to your right. The Veteran Center will be on your right.

From the east travel Hwy 70 from Madill into Ardmore . Go through the first set of flashing lights at Lake Country Store, continue east about 2 mile to the next traffic light, this is Commerce St .. Turn right and go north 1.5 miles make a U_TURN at Pettit Ave onto side street, you will see the Veterans Center.
