The family of Army Spc. Andrew Looney, OIF/OEF, has asked the PGR to stand a flagline at his Memorial, tentatively to be held on 28 June 10 at Owasso, OK.
Spc. Andrew R. Looney, 22, died June 21 at Lar Sholtan Village, Afghanistan, from wounds suffered after an insurgent detonated a suicide vest next to a traffic control point.
Services are currently planned to be held at the Owasso High School, 12901 E. 86th Street North, Owasso, OK 74055. Interment is scheduled for 3 July 10 at Arlington National Cemetery.
All dates and times are tentative at this point, pending arrival of the casket.
