Nowata Area Highway Patrolman At It Again!!!

Subject: RE: Harassment from State Trooper in Nowata, OK Area. I appreciate your feedback in regards to this. I must say the DA for that area was not very cooperative as well. I hired an attorney and after two and 1 1/2 weeks of him calling the DA's office, he gave up. The DA would not talk to either myself or my attorney. I guess the DA has forgotten that he is an elected official. I did speak with the Troopers boss and he stated that this Trooper does write a lot of tickets for exhaust. Supposable both motorcycle and vehicle. I really think there is better things this Trooper could be doing with his time and the tax payers money. I also asked his supervisor for a copy of the official complaint I filed and he stated there was not one. Unless you complete paperwork nothing goes on file. I did request the paperwork and both myself and my brother are completing it. I also emailed Abate of Oklahoma and they stated they have had similar issues with this trooper. I am going to copy one of the Abate members on this email back to you in case you would like any additional info. I appreciate your response and any additional feedback would be great.
